2 crisp apples, shredded 1 cup chopped pecans, soaked 8hrs and dehydrated 1 c shredded coconut 1/2 c coconut oil, melted 1/4 c maple syrup or agave 1 t cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla powder 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp cloves Pinch himalyan pink sea salt
Whisk together oil, maple syrup and spices. Add remaining ingredients and mix by hand. Dollop spoonfuls of mixture onto mesh dehydrator tray. Dehydrate at 110 degrees 6-8 hours or until slightly crispy.
Yield: about 16
