This is a 9 inch round cake with a cream cheese layer. The crust is almond/pecan/carrot and the frosting is macadamia nut based.

Here is the RAW VEGAN Black and Blue cake I made for Rob Guerrero’s 30th birthday this past weekend. It is a 6 inch round with an Almond Cacao crust and a Blackberry/Blueberry Cashew Cream center.
